Our Process
Juice Extraction
At first we extract the juice from sugarcane using a cane crusher.
Filtration
Then it is important to filter the juice to remove any impurities.
Boiling
The filtered juice is then poured into a ‘kadhai’ and boiled over medium heat.
Concentration
The juice is then boiled further to concentrate into a thick syrup like consistency.
Moulding
The syrup is then poured into moulds and are left to cool and solidify.
Packaging
0nce jaggery is cooled, it goes for packaging & distribution.
